The CB500X is an adventure motorcycle that looks the part, too. The hearty location of power is left exposed thanks to the abridged front cowl. This sleek look continues with aerodynamic LED lights and turn signals to keep weight down.

Engine
A great deal of both power and torque are delivered from the DOHC liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine. It utilizes a square bore and stroke of 67 mm x 66.8 mm to expertly handle said power and torque.
Efficiency
As powerful as the CB500X is, it’s efficient, too, thanks to a smart design that prioritizes air intake and exhaust efficiency. It does this thanks to repositioning the battery from the airbox intake duct, which creates a straight route through the air cleaner through the intake ports and exhaust pipe.
Throttle Response
Whether you’re on the open road or exploring roads less travelled off road, the PGM-FI electronic fuel injection system provides for a seamless throttle response that ensures the engine is always running efficiently as it possibly can.
Chassis & Suspension
Suspension
Enjoy a front suspension with Showa 41 mm Separate Function Fork Big Piston forks, with a rear suspension made 1 kg lighter for better lateral flex and better support of the front suspension. All of this has come into effect to provide better comfort when off-road, as well as just for general riding.
Brakes
Dual disc brakes (with radial-mounted calipers) create the stopping power for the font, while a single-piston caliper at the rear continues the braking power, being both strong and controllable. As well, Honda ABS provides further control, while wave brake rotors (with heat-dissipating tech) help cut down on the motorcycle’s unsprung weight.
Wheels & Tires
The front wheel is a large 19-inch size, made from lightweight cast aluminum to reduce mass and yet strong at the same time. These dynamic tires are ready to tackle tough environments, all the while maintaining the bike’s agile ability.
